Sammataro is opening a permanent location, taking over the old space of 40 North at 900 W. 10th St. Owner Issac Flores hopes to have more outposts of the pizzeria serving wood-fired pies in the future. “You’re like ‘I think I’m ready to take the next step around how you out-grow the trailer,'” he said about the move to permanent space. “That’s how me and my crew felt. The trailer life is not an easy life.”
